Business Development Manager (UK/ London)
As Business Development Manager you will be the face of UNIT9 team across our client relationships, responsible for creating and managing a portfolio of clients within the B2B sector. You will drive swift business growth through long-lasting and lucrative relationships, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to help achieve U9T’s ambitious growth targets. You will be plugged into the world of emerging technology and will be incredibly knowledgeable about the B2B innovation landscape with particular focus on immersive training, XR/VR/AR solutions applied to B2B challenges and web apps to support decision makers (e.g. dashboard / planning app / change management tools) for sectors such as the construction and built environment, the energy, automotive and training.
Your role is to create opportunities, open doors, organize meetings and drive sales.
Reports to: Founder
Senior with a current portfolio of clients within the B2B. We welcome applications from senior citizens who can help us drive our product offering.
You will be client focused and motivated by building deep long-lasting client relationships. You will relish the opportunity to work with minimal boundaries and huge ambition. You will be capable of building influential relationships within key clients.
You will be passionate about delivering outstanding products for clients with a focus on solving their problems around optimization, communication and decision making.
You will be an excellent communicator, capable of presenting technological solutions in a compelling and engaging manner. You will have a proven track record of organic business growth in an innovation environment.
You will have an extensive network of contacts across the B2B with particular focus on construction, energy and training.

You will grow direct client relationships within UNIT9 Technology.
Through building strategic relationships you will be tasked to unearth commercial opportunities across the whole U9T offer (web builds, digital innovation, product design, XR/VR/AR, immersive and interactive training).
Your goal is to create and close new business opportunities and to nurture your network of potential clients.
To implement a client contact strategy to strategically and proactively target clients via various channels with a view to open up a conversation to showcase U9T offering.
Presenting creative proposals to clients and key decision-makers
Attend regular status meetings and work with our clients to find solutions to business problems by keeping abreast of UNIT9 Group capabilities and industry trends
Working within the marketing function to input on thought leadership, outreach strategy, content and events
