As our new Junior Strategist you will be an integral part of specific projects and the wider business as one of the day-to-day strategy discipline stakeholders, working across digital innovation, product development and experience design. Touching a multitude of online and offline platforms, you will be a relentless champion of human-centered design, working at the intersection of culture, trends and technology.
You’ll be part of a truly global and distributed team, comprised of some of the most talented makers, producers, and creative minds in the industry. We are looking for someone who has a never ceasing drive to create brilliant, industry defining work and an insatiable curiosity for new technologies, platforms, trends and human behaviours.
Define success: Collaborate with our client and project leads to identify opportunities that help shape the parameters of the projects by defining objectives, requirements and overall project approach.
Research & Insights: Support research initiatives to assess market, audience, technology and trends and journeys, utilizing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies in order to develop actionable insights and recommendations for our clients.
Strategy: Develop innovative digital experience, campaign and product strategies that deliver mutually-beneficial value for brands and audiences, and allow our creative team to excel.
Workshops: Work with relevant team members to design and facilitate highly engaging workshops with key stakeholders.
New business: Participate in new business pitches, working closely with our creative team to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Thought Leadership: Monitor trends across culture, technology and behaviour and help propel boundary-pushing and thought leadership materials.
